We strive to give its customers complete product support, from product training and technical support to repair services. Most of this services are organized in two tiers, with the first one being our distributors and trusted partners. They are supplied with complete technical documentation and have received comprehensive product training and can determine whether the device requires repair and if they can service it themselves.

In case the damage is more extensive, they will transfer the customer’s instrument to our service department. 

Keep in mind that warranty is void if the product was damaged as a consequence of not following the instruction manual.



You must first obtain an RMA number from Metrel (Return Material Authorisation) before shipping any equipment for repair. Equipment and accessories without an RMA will not be accepted.
