How to book a Repair or Calibration

1. Create an account.

 

2. Click on the Support button at the top of the page and select RMA. Fill the form and press the Submit button (you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail).

 

3. You’ll receive a RMA number (a unique tracking number) on your e-mail address in the next 24 hours (after form submission). After receiving the RMA number, pack your instrument and send it over mail or deliver it personally to Metrel UK Ltd.

 

 

4. You can now monitor the repair and/or calibration progress of your instrument on your account under RMA history tab.
