The Metrel Enclosed Safety Test System uses RFID-based safety technology to provide reliable and tamper-resistant monitoring of protective enclosure doors. The safety module ensures that testing can only start when all access doors are securely closed and the “cage closed” status is verified, providing automatic protection against direct contact with live parts. This concept is suitable for serial production, as well as workshop, repair and service applications where operator safety and repeatable testing are essential. The solution integrates the MI 3394 CE MultiTester XS, S 2109 safety module with RFID monitoring, A 1600 CE Switch for multi-channel HV and continuity testing, a dedicated connection box and visual warning indicators into a complete enclosed test station.

The aMESM is an advanced electrical installation safety Testing tool for Android devices. It enables fast and simple data management of tested installations, as well as a quick overview of already performed tests. The Application enables the user to send results to the office before leaving the test site and enter and save data to the test instrument by using the smart phones’ keyboard. It enables creation of customer and test location database as well as adding text and pictures, videos or voice records to the specific position in the test structure. All these features enable the user faster and easier data handling.
