Warranty & Repair policy

Products manufactured by Metrel are warranted for two years from date of shipment. Items not manufactured by Metrel such as modems, Ethernet adapters etc. are covered by respective manufactures warranties.

RMA tracking

You must first obtain an RMA number from Metrel (Return Material Authorisation) before shipping any equipment for repair. Equipment and accessories without an RMA will not be accepted.

RMA - Short for returned materials authorization, an alphanumeric identifier used by hardware manufacturers that indicates a user has been authorised by a company representative to return a product to the manufacturer for repair.
